  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, including all original tags and inserts.

  Affix the return label to your parcel and ship via a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach us.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have verified the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
